Q. What can be customized on the custom gift certificate?
A. To customize your Say It Simply gift certificate, you can add a photo or logo, your contact information and a message, in addition to your name and the name of the recipient.
Q. Is there an extra cost to creating a custom gift certificate?
A. There is no extra cost to create a template or to use the custom gift certificate template you have created. You only pay the face value of the certificate whether you use our standard template or create your own. So why not create a custom one?
Q. How do I create a custom gift certificate?
A. First you need to create at lease one custom gift certificate template. This is done by:
1. Creating a new user account at www.sayitsimply.com/user/register.php or logging in to your existing one.
2. Clicking on the “Customize Gift Certificate” link located at the top left of the page.
3. Name your custom gift certificate, enter the contact information, upload an image or photo and click on the “Create Custom Gift Certificate” button to create it.
4. Review the preview of your custom gift certificate template and make any necessary changes.
That’s it! Now you’re ready to use the gift certificate template you've created.
Q. How do I order gift certificates using my custom template?
A. With your template created, you can now purchase your custom gift certificates by doing the following:
1. Login to www.sayitsimply.com by entering your username and password in the fields of the “Login/Register” box on the left side of the homepage.
2. Click on the “Gift Certificates” box on the bottom right corner of the homepage.
3. Select the amount, quantity and set the delivery method to “USPS Mail”.
4. Enter the information to be printed on the custom gift certificate and the recipient’s address. The recipient’s address is where the certificates will be sent. For delivery directly to your client, enter the client’s address. If you would prefer to hand deliver them or include them in a gift basket, enter your shipping address. Then, select the custom gift certificate template you would like to use.
5. The final step is to add it to your shopping cart. Once added, you can either create another certificate or go to your shopping cart to purchase those you’ve created.

Q. Can I create a custom email gift certificate?
