Q. In what amount and quantity can I buy gift certificates?
A. Gift certificates are available in any quantity and in any amount up to $250.
Q. What can I redeem my gift certificate for?
A. Say It Simply gift certificates are redeemable for any product available on our website-from any of our predesigned selections to anything that you create from scratch using our Customize Your Saying application.
Q. What types of gift certificates do you offer?
A. Say It Simply gift certificates can either be sent to your recipient electronically in an email or on paper using the US Postal Service. Emailed gift certificates are sent immediately. Paper ones will arrive in about one week. In each method, the recipient is provided a code that has the value of the certificate affixed to it. Redemption of the certificate is the same for each method of delivery.
Q. Do I have to send a paper gift certificate directly to the recipient or can I have it sent to me instead?
A. Actually, you can do either one. If you would prefer to have the gift certificate sent directly to the recipient, enter the recipients shipping information in the "Recipient's Contact Information" section on the Order Gift Certificates page. If you would like the gift certificates sent to you, enter your shipping information in the place of the recipients.
Q. Where do I enter the gift certificate code to have the amount applied to my order?
A. On the first page of the shopping cart, you will see a field titled "Gift Certificate Code:". Type your gift certificate code in the box provided and then click on the "Redeem Gift Certificate" button. The amount of your certificate will then be applied to your order.
Q. Can I create a custom gift certificate?
