Q. How long will it take for my order to be processed before it is shipped?
A. Say It Simply is proud to offer the "Ships in Three or The Shipping's Free" guarantee. We guarantee that the Sayings purchased in your individual order* will be shipped within three business days (excluding any holidays recognized by Say it Simply) following the date your order was placed. If we are not able to do this, we will refund the full amount of the shipping cost of your order.
* The "Ships in Three or The Shipping's Free" guarantee does not apply to orders placed in conjunction with an open house.
Q. What payment options can I use to purchase Sayings?
A. You can purchase your Saying using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card or with a gift certificate.
Q. What are the Say It Simply observed holidays?
A. All of Say It Simply will be closed on the following days. If you order or contact us on one of these days, we will follow-up with you on the first business day following the holiday.
