A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Say It Simply Saying, you are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply return the uninstalled Saying to us within 30 day of purchase and, at your discretion, we will either:
We cannot accept the return of any previously installed Saying. However, if a letter or two was damaged during the installation process, let us know and we will send you the required replacement letters at no charge.
Q. Do I need to contact Say It Simply before I return the Saying?
A. Yes. Please call Say It Simply customer service at 1-800-820-6554 to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. The customer service representative will discuss the concern you have with your order, determine if you would like us to reprocess your order or refund the purchase price and issue you a RMA number. Please reference the RMA number on all shipments made to Say It Simply.
Q. How do I package my Saying to return it?
A. Simply put the Saying back in the original shipping container, remove the old address label and affix a new label and the correct postage to the container.
