Our Store Policy

These terms describe how your orders from Say it Simply will be processed.  When ordering from the Say It Simply website, you are required to accept these terms as part of the ordering process. 

Order Entry on Website and Via Open House
Orders on the Say it Simply web site (the "Site") are done in one of two ways.  First of all, a customer may place an order directly using the site.  The second way is that a customer may place an order through a sales consultant at a Say it Simply open house, where the customer designs a Saying with the help of the sales consultant, and provides payment directly to the sales consultant.  The sales consultant would then enter the order using the website.  By placing an order with a sales consultant, you authorize the consultant to enter your credit card information, name, address, phone number, email address, and other pertinent order information on your behalf.  After providing to a sales consultant final approval on a design, a customer assumes full responsibility with respect to that design and neither Say it Simply or the sales consultant will be responsible for the customer's subsequent dissatisfaction with the approved design.

Verification of Credit
By placing an order, you consent to Say it Simply confirming with a third party credit verification service that your credit card is valid and can be assessed net total of your order.  You understand that if the validity of your credit card is questioned in any manner, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to refuse to process your order.

Processing Time for Orders
We have a "Ships in Three or The Shipping's Free" Guarantee.  If your order doesn't ship within three business days (excluding any holidays recognized by Say it Simply) following the day the order was received, we will refund the total shipping cost of your order.  See the details of our Guarantee for more information.

Right to Reject Orders
Say it Simply reserves the right to reject sayings which Say it Simply, in its sole discretion, determines to be offensive, inconsistent with Say it Simply's business philosophy, or has the potential to damage Say it Simply's business reputation. 

Damage to Application Surface
Please be careful in choosing the surfaces on which to installing your sayings. Say it Simply will not be responsible for any damage to the surface upon which sayings are installed.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Say It Simply Saying, you are covered by our satisfaction guarantee.  Simply return your Saying to us, prior to its being installed, within 30 days of your order and, at your discretion, we will either: redo your exact lettering at no charge or refund your entire purchase price (less shipping). When redoing your lettering, no alterations to the original saying is allowed.

We cannot accept the return of any previously installed Saying.  However, if a letter or two was damaged during the installation process, you may let us know and we will send you the required replacement letters at no charge.  If the damage was due to your fault or negligence, we reserve the right to billl you for the shipping charge.

To process your return, please call Say It Simply customer service at 1-800-820-6554 to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.  The customer service representative will discuss the concern you have with your order, determine if you would like us to redo your order or refund the purchase price, and issue you a RMA number.  Please reference the RMA number on all shipments made to Say It Simply.
