Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

 SayItSimply.com gift certificates are issued subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates must be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance, which is the expiration date included on the gift certificate.  After 12 months from the date of issuance the Gift Certificates will expire.  Expiration date does not apply in any state where prohibited by law.

2. Gift Certificates must be redeemed through the SayItSimply.com web site toward the purchase of products available from the SayItSimply.com web site.  Not all products listed on the site or in Say It Simply's marketing materials may be available.  Internet access (fees may apply) and compatible software and hardware are required.

3. Gift Certificates and unused balances are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, exchanged, or used to purchase Gift Certificates.

4. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Certificate, you must pay the balance with a credit card.

5. Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10^th of one cent.

6. Access to, redemption of Gift Certificates on, or purchase from, and use of products purchased at SayItSimply.com, is subject to acceptance of Say It Simply's Store Policy, as such agreement may be amended from time to time by Say It Simply in its sole discretion.

7. Gift Certificates and their use on the SayItSimply.com web site are subject to Say It Simply's Privacy Statement, as they may be modified from time to time by Say It Simply in its sole discretion.

8. Say It Simply is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.  Risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

9. Say It Simply reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if Say It Simply has reason to believe that a Gift Certificate is fraudulently obtained or used.

10. Say It Simply makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Certificates, including without limitation any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  In the event a Gift Certificate is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Certificate.  These limitations may not apply to you.  Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.  If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may also have additional rights.

11. Say It Simply reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

12. Any part of these Terms and Conditions may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
